What to expect in A session
Sessions with me are always collaborative and client-driven. We will start with a brief check-in and then dive right in for the week! I always encourage clients to make themselves comfortable- open a snack, take your shoes off, grab a fidget toy, or cuddle up next to the therapy dog.
