Counseling: Frequently Asked Questions

The cost of counseling services at Here Comes The Sun MHC is $140 per session for self-pay. Each session is 50 minutes in length. 

Here Comes The Sun MHC can help you with a wide range of issues including anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, stress management, and more. For children, I can help with a wide range of problems including social emotional learning, behavioral patterns, and  trauma. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Here Comes The Sun MHC will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

Yes, I am partnered with Headway and am now credentialed with several insurance carriers. Currently, I accept Cigna, Aetna, Quest, Carelon Behavioral, and BCBS MA Virtual Network.

Making an initial jump into the therapeutic process is the hardest part and I am honored to be a part of your healing journey! 

You can choose to request an appointment online or call/text the number chat about scheduling. From there, I will place you in my system and you will be receiving an email from 'Simple Practice'; you will create a portal account to complete paperwork PRIOR to our first session. This will include an intake questionnaire, HIPPA form, practice policies, and payment information. Simple Practice will keep your payment information stored for auto-pay and completely private; you will be the only one that can see your card information. Just fill those forms out and show up to your scheduled appointment!
