Cultivating a space where you can show up fully

I am so glad you are here!  

I believe people start to heal the moment they feel heard. I specialize in childrens and young adult therapy. Some of the core issues I enjoy tackling alongside clients include self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, and childhood emotional neglect. I am also passionate about helping children from homes of addiction understand and navigate their emotions and thoughts. 

I live on the beautiful Treasure Coast with my husband and our two dogs, Belle and Ollie. I am an avid reader, coffee drinker, Disney annual pass holder, and world traveler. I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a trauma concentration from PBA in 2022. In 2024, I obtained a Ph.D from Regent University in Psychological Studies & Counseling.

My approach to counseling is collaborative and integrates various modalities to meet your treatment needs. If desired, I am more than willing to implement Christian counseling techniques into your mental health therapy treatment plan. 

I believe each client, whether 5 or 60, deserves space to show up fully and feel brave, valued, and like I am on their team (which I absolutely am!).
